No two commissions follow a catalogue route. We begin with the architectural intent, then build a project-specific path through design, evidence, making and installation.
The same studio stays close to every decision, so geometry, finish and performance reach the finished work without dilution.

The sequence is clear, but never rigid. Stages overlap when the project demands it, and every decision is measured against the architecture.

Resolve the architecture
Proportion, geometry, structure, interfaces and access are developed together. Our drawings make the bespoke detail buildable without losing what gave it character.

Prove the detail
Finish samples, mock-ups and working prototypes answer the questions that drawings cannot. The project team can review real material evidence before production begins.

Coordinate and approve
Workshop information is aligned with structure, stone, timber, glass and services. Tolerances and fixing strategies are agreed before the work is released to the floor.

Make and finish
Specialist fabrication, machining, assembly and hand finishing stay close to the approved detail. The work is inspected as it develops, not only when it is complete.

Fit and refine
Delivery, protection, installation and final adjustment remain part of the same responsibility. The last alignment on site receives the same attention as the first line on the drawing.

Decisions you can hold.
Bespoke work is resolved through samples, mock-ups and prototypes at the scale that matters. Finish, edge, movement and touch are reviewed as material facts, not abstract promises.
The right evidence is made for each commission, from a finish plate to a full junction or working mechanism.

The people who understand the detail remain involved while it is fabricated, finished, assembled and installed. Questions are answered against the original intent, not passed between disconnected teams.
